If someone owes YOU beer and travel money and doesn't deliver, that's a crime. If someone steals MY beer and travel money that means war.

I thought the clown had a point.  The left wants to treat terrorists as criminals, then certainly a high profile criminal like bin Laden would warrent sending the number one law enforcement in the country after him.
