If you kill someone who is pointing a gun or shooting at you it is NOT execution or assassination.
   
OBL might have believed he would never have been taken alive, but the moment he pointed a gun at a Navy Seal his fate was sealed and ultimately it was his choice. It really takes a birther type of fool to believe that OBL was not armed and would not have killed anyone he could when caught.

Damn!  The DUmmies are making the case for Obama to be tried for War Crimes .  This mission did have the authorization of Obama himself, and it is Obama that has increased the use of drones in Pakistan that has resorted in many civilian deaths.

Some dude on a PBS News program this morning was whinning about how this went down. He was whinning that Bin Laden should have been captured and tried in the world court.

I'm praying for reality TV....A type of reality TV where I can reach in and choke some sense into people like that fool.

This was probably the best possible outcome, killing the hoary old madman on site.

Near the end of the second world war, a question was raised in the British Parliament, about what a British soldier should do, if he suddenly came face-to-face with Adolph Hitler--capture him or kill him?

The concensus was, if a British soldier came face-to-face with Adolph Hitler, whatever he did was okay with everybody else.

Trying to give OBL a trial somewhere would have made the circus surrounding KSM's proposed trial in Manhattan seem tame by comparison. Better to take care of these issues in the field rather than taking these shitbags into custody and attempting to bring them to court.

Several guests on Fox News said this was almost certainly a "kill" mission.  If not, it should have been. My only gripe is how the DUmmies and MSM respond to this under Obama, and how they  acted under President Bush.
