I think this administration is ruining the successful mission.
Did we really have to let Al Queda know about the treasure trove of computer information. They even said we know the location of AQ safe-houses Now they have time to move their terrorists to new safe-houses.
a covert operation is covert. You don't reveal that you got the secret code-book. The Seals did a perfect job and the the Obama admin is tossing out any advantage we might have had.
I dunno, Mr. Mannn. It wouldn't take al Qaida long to figure out that whatever info UBL had would be compromised and take alternate measures accordingly (if they're capable of that, which is debatable), so it's a moot point.
All the braying and trumpeting about "treasure trove" is designed for one purpose -- the American audience to think just how competent Barry is. Barry et. al. truly don't give a shit about what a release of information might bring after the operation. They are after right now, here today, like the narcissistic fool that Barry is.
And the media are pretty good about unearthing information. Any administration is going to have its leakers, so no matter how tightly controlled things are, word gets out eventually. This is why Panetta and Hillary were leaning pretty heavily on Barry to make a freakin' decision, which Barry eventually did --
-- Set up Panetta as the fall guy in case things went horribly wrong.
That's our Barry. He's always looking out for folks, ain't he?
