DU -- I have WONDERFUL news
   
I just got in the mail today an acceptance letter and access card from The Chronic Disease Fund Assistance Program!!! They will fund my treatments for macular degeneration for the entire calendar year 2011!!! :) All I'm responsible for is my $30 office visit co pay :)
