I don't believe it was an oversight. I believe that the omission was personal and intentional.

Wrong Rebel, this has nothing to do with race, some on the invited list are surprising as they have reputations of not only being wealthy but swindlers, crooks and perverts---  Friends of William and Kate.

Religion is another matter, no Catholic may marry into the royal family, poor Kate had to renounce her faith and join the Church of England.

When one comes right down to it the bride and groom will have not all but close friends, coworkers and brides family there. Imagine getting married and not having any idea who 3/4 of the people are much else why they came in the first place.

Obama is not a friend much less a high long time ruler of any country that the Crown has dealt with before.

Besides the Queen did not invite her Prime Minister, so why some two bit ass hole that would make security a biger mess then it is ?? --------------I would love to see Trump show up. :yahoo:

You illiterate dumbass.......  :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:   the Church of England (aka the Episcopal or Anglican Church) is little different than the Roman Catholic Church. Through the time I was around 10 years old, we parishioners at the Episcopal Church said Mass in Latin. You need to confine yourself to trailer park discussion and stay away from the normal folks' discussions. "Floriduh" seems to be more your style.

I am guessing it is because the Royal Family has all of the iPods/Obama speeches it needs. You don't invite people you know are bad gift givers to a wedding. You just don't.

The Queen put out a statement saying that the wedding isn't a state affair when they asked about the guest list a while back. I am sure that is the best catch-all excuse for not inviting people like Lord Zero :-) Works for me!!!!

I don't know if Kate was christened Catholic or not, but she was just confirmed last week into the Church of England.

Check out the last paragraph....no CATHOLIC king or queen of England, nor can the king or queen of England be MARRIED to a Catholic.
