 at the very top of the document states that it's purpose is "to promote the common WELFARE" it is per se a socialist manifesto.

They never were really scared to reveal themselves to whoever wanted to peer into DU. What bothers me is their kind actually starting to reveal themselves at counter protests such as the one in Madison on the 16th...

You have to wonder if he's a mole or if he's just another DUmp idiot that is so stupid he thinks the word "welfare" in the Constitution means a handout from the government.

It's too hard to keep all  these Bobs straight. This DUmmy is bobthedrummer, but we've also got Backwoods Bob and Hillbilly Bob. I think Hillbilly Bob is the queer who's always posting sob stories, but I'm not sure. Just way, way too many DUmmy Bobs.

Keyword there DUmmie is promote, not provide the common welfare.  However, it does say "provide for the common defense".
