There's a good reason I don't have auto-correct set to work on my phone.  The site above is the perfect example why.

Of course, almost all of my texts are written in sentence form as if I were typing a message on CC.  I'm just a dork that way. :p

Almost every single txt I type has an auto corrected word on it. Usually it's when I'm txting my son. My iPad does it too, incase anyone here notices my numerous typos.  I'm really not as stupid as my posts make me appear, I'm just too lazy to read what I write.

Most of my family/friends have iPhones and have yet to turn off auto correct. The worst offenders are close family like my sister who often send garbled French messages with English auto correct.

I get a lot of very awkward messages because of this.
