I am going to be completely honest here and probably flamed but........
I am one of those people that if this happened to a 13yr old girl I would be upset.....but I have a feeling that the boy wasn't forced into it. I could be wrong but just thinking of a boy at that age and his penis. 
Darn folks I had the almost same problem when we moved into a new neighborhood. My 14 year old daughter was a blond with a knock out body she was growing boobs and within 2 weeks all the boys came sniffing around.
We had such good times with these kids, they would bring their younger and older siblings over as I had 3 other kids their age and we would play Uno swim in the pool have cook outs or scavenger hunts.
As time went on I began to realise that the kids came to the house just looking for some attention from adults, they would come looking for me if I was in the kitchen cooking and help me, they even folded the dried clothing and sometimes fell asleep on a chair as the rest of us played cards.
The neighbors were not happy with all the teens that sat on my porch yakking it up or the little ones yelling and playing in the back yard.
When Hubby was at sea for 9 months the teens helped me with yard work, went shopping with me loaded and unloaded the car for me, a great bunch of kids.
When Hubby came home we took a half dozen of the oldest to Bush Gardens as a thank you. As I was so very busy with all the kids I did not get to meet but a few of my neighbors and most of the kids their parents never came to call-------------A few did but the majority were just happy the kids were not in their hair.
On of the boys after 3 years or so began to come to me with his problems, WOW he had a home life right out of Dickens.
I finally asked permission from the boy to speak with his parents., and he gave it Worse mistake one can make.
When I met with the parents they were hostil, right in my face, before I could say a word both are yelling at me that I was some kind of bad mother and what the hell was I doing there. They had no idea why I had come to speak with them and they who had never met me and who allowed their son to spend hours a day at my home for 3 years, were disgusted with me.
The father began to rant that I WAS A VERY SICK WOMAN, possibly a pedophile and had all the older kids around for some sick reason. I had at that time never met people like these, I just stood my ground and waited for both of them to calm down. They didn't and pushed me out the door threatening me with CDC and the police.
Damn what was wrong with these folks, son was then 17 so I knew it was just a matter of time before he beat feet to a better life.
He did, Hubby talked him into enlisting in the Navy and he did.
Point of all of this is if the boy had been 13 when this taken place these parents could have in fact made my life hell, forced their son to testify against me and and my Husband. The kid was so abused he would have told any story to keep his parents from hurting him.
At 17 he was beginning to fight back and the parents were out of their mind of what he was telling me and I telling others about them.
So Gina we look at this woman without makeup in a police photo and say UGGG. Fix her hair, some makeup and she may be a knock out. The male neighbor that was so quick to jump on her saying the neighborhood knew she was up to something with all the kids hanging out, could it be that he had made advances toward her and she turned him down????
This is becoming a nasty society when the worse is thought of someone they do not know. That Male neighbor who was upset because when the woman was arrested held her head up high and walked to the car, he is screwed, a head high is a mark of innocence it is those that hide under clothing one has to wonder about. He was out to get her, had she hidden her face he would have said that was because she was guilty, she held her head up high, that is an insult to the comunity.
If the woman is guilty this will come out, but if she was set up by the family of the 13 year old boy, that will be hard to prove. Why set someone up, if they have won a lottery, inherited money or have a boodle in the bank, civil suit. If guilty she is a monster and needs to be caged.
Don't believe me--------------Family in next town won a small lottery and out of the blue they are sued for child molestation by the family of a child 1 year old that the family winning the lottery baby sat for 3 months, -----------------10 years before.
We must tread carefully around these charges so abominable that we jump on the accused before looking at the accuser.
