For the 1st time, amidst all the teabaggery, I'm afraid.

I was just listening to the Dylan Ratigan show (1st time for that too) and they did a segment on the Koch's. He talked to the two journalists, formally from Russia, who originally broke the story that the Tea Party was funded by the Koch bros. They talked about the family history. The dad was an oil man who went over and worked for Stalin for years. He was also the co-founder of the John Birch Society (who are coincidentally headquartered in my home town, to our great shame).
What scared me was that the Koch's have made known that they alone will pour $88 million into the next election on a state and federal level to take over as much as possible. Their goal is to set up a Russian style oligarchy fronted by a fake democracy. WTF! I think they can do it. How do we fight this? I feel like we have to do something now, but what? Ideas?

Sounds more like Soros and the democrats.

5. First of all....

DON'T BE AFRAID. It's COURAGE that's scares these greedy f*ckers.

First, don't buy anything from Georgia Pacific...paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, paper cups, etc. AND TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO DO SO EITHER.

When I go to the grocery store, I always stop in the Paper Products section and tell other shoppers that Georgia Pacific makes their paper products using the skins of dogs and cats!!!!!

It's my own whisper campaign.

NOW THAT STICKS IN PEOPLE'S MINDS. I don't say anything about their politics because people are too stupid to understand....OK, most people.

Kind of sad when you have to lie to push your agenda.

23. ROFLMAO!

That gave me a great idea, femrap! How about getting some card stock and printing a little message about koch products being made from animal skins and placing them in the ailes of stores that carry those products! It probably wouldn't take long for the word to get out if enough of us did it.

Hmmm a newbie posted that.  :lmao:
His idea reminds me of the campaign to write, "impeach Bush!!!!11111" on dollar bills. Oddly enough I never found one.  :lmao:

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

21. Conflate the Rove ads with the Koch ads..........
   Make them both the same.
Rove works for the John Birch Society through the Koch brothers and the Koch brothers are trying to make us all work for nothing. There. A single sentence. And say it's been proved. Even if it hasn't been proven, YET, there's enough evidence POINTING in that direction to make it believable.

This is WAR folks and strict truth is the first casualty of war.
Fake but accurate ? I seem to remember you went down that road before, primitives. And it didn't turn out all that well.

Primitives admit they lie, how refreshing. They usually lie while convincing themselves they aren't and deny their words are anything less than honest.

The Tea Party is going to set up a Russian style oligarchy?

Darn! I was so looking forward to the Christianist theocracy. And here I was all set to take the position of Prison guard at a prison camp for liberals. Sigh. I even made my own guillotine for the uppity ones too.

As for using the skins of dogs and cats...That is just another progressive-tard idea. NO ONE will fall for that!
Stupid DUmmies! What are ya thinking?

But go ahead and try. Remember TWO can play that game. I'll find a big Dem contributor like Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Get a fake list of ingredients, a 100,000 conservatives and start pasting them on the cartons. Something like 500K insect parts per million ought to do the trick.

You're a little late for that one. The aging hippy,  "counter culture" heroes to the left, Ben and Jerry sold out to Unilever, a British-Dutch multinational corporation in 2000. There's even the DUmmy dreaded High-fructose corn syrup in much of their product now.

If the MORONS on the Island would put down the bong long enough they would be outraged.

You know all the pissing, moaning and boycotting the DUmmies do, they don't realize that even if they boycott all the Koch brothers paper products they probably use businesses that do use those products. So the evil Koch brothers will still get money from the silly little goons indirectly.  :-)
