Imagine the ripple effect if the Supreme Court rules Obama was ineligible to hold the office of the President of the United States. Every single appointment, including SCOTUS appointments, would be nulified.
Don't count on that. Obama is obviously hiding his LFBC but there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to suggest he was born in Hawaii.
My theory: his real last name should be Davis, as Frank Marshal, and that alone would destroy him in the eyes of the electorate because he lied to them to present a nativity story.
I would also say I don't know if any law he signed or any official he appointed becomes nullified and I doubt it would ever be tested in the courts but IF Obama was not eligible (and again, I think he is) then there would be such a pall of illegitamacy over the more controversial laws and appointments they would be crippled. Kagan and Sotomayor can resign or every decision they render afterwards would be held under a cloud of suspicion and doubt. ObamaCare would die a slow death of defunding as the conservatives fulfill their Tea Party mandate and only the looniest libs rose to defend it. The more mundane laws would be left to stand as nobody wants to re-legislate an entire 4 years when there will be more pressing issues in the future-present.
Alas, 'tis more likely Obama is really Frank Marshall Davis Jr. His signature on every bill laid before him is legal but his duping of the American public will be outed soon enough and they will turn on him for playing them as saps with a non-sensical bi-racial romance fiction. Had he simply lived his life as the bastard son of an older, married revolutionary leftist who adulterously knocked-up a doe-eyed college girl the public would shrug off his origins as events beyond his control for which he should not be held accountable. But Obama wanted more. He wanted a romantic fiction to play upon people's sympathies. The American people will gladly donate to a charity but if the charity is found to be self-enriching fraud their fury knows no depth.
