You don't have to tell me how much Obama has failed to stand up for Democratic ideals. I've just about given up on his ability to summon a pair.

My question is what happens if liberals stay home in 2012 like they did in 2010?

What will our chances be of saving half a GENERATION of children from apocalyptic education cuts, welfare cuts and school meal cuts? How will we stop the spread of these anti-union bills? How will we stop other states from (practically speaking) deposing their elected officials and pulling a Robocop OCP on various cities in America?


Once again, I know we're pissed off at Obama. Terminally pissed. But let's get some straight answers on what happens if we act on that. Think long and hard. Do we want another 4-8 years of total Republican dominance, this time salted with Tea Party madness?

If we don't support President Obama what are our odds of getting Hillary Clinton in his place, or a truly liberal Democrat? Really, what are our odds?

Republicans preach nationalism, they couldn't care less about human rights, we have INSANE defense spending under Republicans, they want to turn the US into a theocracy, they are corporate whores, they favor corporate interests, they want to bomb anything that even looks different, they have absolutely zero respect for constitutional law, and they want to eliminate unions.

I long for the days of simply insane spending by the Republicans. The spending by the dems is 100 times worse.

LOCKDOWN.

There will be so much blood and brains on the walls and floors they are going to have to shut down for a complete scrubbing. DU will make Jonestown look like Mrs. Fletcher the Lifecall woman ( I've fallen ! AND I CAN'T GET UP ! ).

There will be calls for "revolution" and the like, saying that "the will of the people" has been overturned.  The thing is, it will be damn near 25 years into the future before another Dem occupies the White House.  So, the allies of the Dems may very well make trouble--a lot of it.

The DUmp will have calls for rage, and because the 'bats of the party are there (and they're the smarterest people on the planet), some of them may actually carry out something.  The chances of one of the actually succeeding are high, because if you throw enough shit at the wall, some is going to stick.  What the actual effects of said shit will be is up in the air.

First, they will be crying from all the media. Real tears from the on air personalities of ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, AND PMSNBC as they call it hours, maybe the next day, for Palin.

Second, I strongly think riots in the inner cities.

Third, in less than a year the economic engine of the USA will start kicking ass again.

Fourth, secretly the free world will breath a sigh of relief and tyrants will reigned in.
