(OH) DAYTON -- The Dayton Police Department is lowering its testing standards for recruits.

It's a move required by the U.S. Department of Justice after it says not enough African-Americans passed the exam.

Dayton is in desperate need of officers to replace dozens of retirees. The hiring process was postponed for months because the D.O.J. rejected the original scores provided by the Dayton Civil Service Board, which administers the test.

Under the previous requirements, candidates had to get a 66% on part one of the exam and a 72% on part two.

The D.O.J. approved new scoring policy only requires potential police officers to get a 58% and a 63%. That's the equivalent of an ‘F’ and a ‘D’.

6. It appears they do have enough, but not enough to fit all of the criteria outside of the test (nt)

What the crooked tale primitive is saying but not saying, is that enough blacks didn't score high enough on the tests.  The obvious solution to race mongers like Eric Holder is to lower the standards.

One might ask how the hell do they ever expect to bring the Black community into parity economically and socially with others if the bar is constantly lowered for them. The answer, of course, is that they don't. This kind of shit is designed to keep them as an underclass, perpetually beholden to Democrats to keep their heads above water.

Thankfully, many are starting to wake up to this neo-slavery, though the huge majority are still asleep.

I couldn't believe this when I first heard it! The head of the NAACP even went on television and said the were just lowering the passing grade by 8-13%! If that is what you want, then you shouldn't put the public at risk loading the Dayton police up with sub standard officers. Take your lumps and realize you are not putting forth candidates to pass the test!

What the **** is this? Are you admitting y'all are too stooooopid to pass the same test we do?

If I saw that right, the local NAACP had the problem, then the national yanked the guy back.  The whole case is disgusting, and I am so sick of Eric Holder.  What the hell is it going to take to get this guy fired?

Of course, that's what affirmative action says, and in the long run it just hurts blacks because they're never expected to strive for their total potential and it causes people to 2nd guess whether or not they're actually qualified to do the job.

The silence on that thread from DU tells me most people there even agree with us on how wrong this is, the only difference is we can say it they can't without fear of repercussions especially being called racist.

That makes it all the more funny if you ask me. We've seen blatant racism at the DUmp, and most of them know that their responses to this would show them to be racists.  However, it doesn't mean Affirmative Action isn't a racist policy itself.

Sentence in red highlighted for truth. That is so true. Never before have we lost so much honor, dignity and power as a Nation till this regime came into power.
