CONCORD – A Pembroke woman is accused of zapping a pregnant woman with a stun gun in a road rage incident earlier this week.
Police said Carissa Williams, 22, of Pembroke, became enraged on March 7 as she was driving on Route 3 in Pembroke behind a 28-year-old pregnant motorist. Williams allegedly screamed at the other woman that she was driving too slow and holding up traffic. Then she allegedly began throwing items at the woman's car.
At some point Williams passed the driver but the two both ended up heading north on Interstate 93. Williams took the Exit 14 off-ramp at Loudon Road and the other woman did as well, ending up behind Williams at a red light.
The woman driver, who police did not identify in a press release, called police on her cell phone to report the incident and provide them with the license plate number on Williams' car. Police said as she was talking to a dispatcher, Williams came over to her car, got in it and zapped her with a stun gun, police said.

Also, according to WMUR, she has a "lengthy criminal record in four states". Yeah, lemme take a guess as to where she hails from originally...and I'll bet it ain't NH...
