So they're going to recovene the meeting without letting the Dems know That's another violation of the open meetings law. There's a subsection that requires that a 12 hour notice after the first meeting ends if they want to call the same meeting....And so far they haven't.

BS. The fact it has a fiscal impact does not make it a fiscal bill. It's only fiscal legislation if it directly spends money or (Probably, which may vary by state) changes tax law.
