Dolphins Are A Dog's Best Friend
« on: March 03, 2011, 10:31:47 AM »
We all know dogs are man's best friends, but in this story a dolphin saves a dog.

The Boudicca family cats, while sympathetic towards the poor doggie, can't help but point out to her that no way in hell would any of them be dumb enough to go in the water. :-)
 :hammer:bad cats. :-)

http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2011/03/02/dolphins-save-stranded-dog-family-vacation/?test=gnews

From the article:

Although it is not uncommon to see dolphins swimming through the canal on their way to the Gulf of Mexico, Audrey D'Alessandro said that this time, "they were just there, in one place, splashing water against the canal wall."

When the D'Alessandros went to investigate, they saw that an 80-pound Doberman Pinscher was standing on a sandbar, half-submerged even at low tide. The dog, which disappeared from a nearby home some 12 hours before, was too weak to bark, she added, and could not get back onto land because of a several-foot-high canal wall.

Sneaking into a country doesn't make you an immigrant any
more than breaking into someone's house makes you part of the family.

Dolphins are known to be very bright mammals and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they knew the dog was in a location that she shouldn't have been in.

Great story!

HI5, Eupher, especially cuz it's debatable which animal is smarter, a parrot or a dolphin.  Seriously!

My cats are giving me the evil eye as I type this. :p

You are so ****ing lucky I don't deal out bitchslaps, except to bitch trolls.  AND that at one time I kept three bunnies in captivity.  Little ****ers were so cute I almost didn't mind the incessant chewing and popping out little black pellets.

If you look at my sig line, you'll see that there is speshull happiness in bitchslaps. Twofold, if you will.

I get a speshull thrill out of receiving them. Why? Well, The Quest, of course! And the slapper also gets deep, prolonged satisfaction as well. You can't lose in giving out bitchslaps!

But, but, I didn't think a guy craving a spanking wanted a lady with a heart.  More like a whip and chains and high heeled boots.
Another HI5 for you, Euphie baby. :rotf: :-)

My dear, there is a world of difference between a spanking and a bitchslap. Spankings are for fools - I'm after good old-fashioned bitchslaps.

You can feel safe. It's okay. Just reach on over and hit the little "bitchslap" button and you'll feel better.

Trust me.  O-)

Spankings are also for kids.  Half the little assholes running around these days would have benefited from a few growing up. :fuelfire:
OK, since you have persuaded me, I'm gonna bitchslap you.  I probably will regret it, but what the hell.

Thank you!  Dontcha feel better now? I sure as hell do!

And remember - any bitchslap administered to me is rewarded by a h5 in kind.

An extra added benefit!

I heard that dogs DO like Alpo best.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”
