I don't see any wrong doing in Walker's reply but even if he admitted to the JFK asassination in the call, all he has to do is say he knew the caller was trying to prank him and he was just going along with the joke.

So the Dummy from out of state broke at least one part of the law.  As for admitting to felonies, well I guess Walker wins, even if he admitted to breaking union leaders legs.
