Are there any conservative message boards out there?

I'm sorry but I didn't know where or how to post this.

Are there any conservative leaning message board forums similar in style and content to DU?

I love DU. It is a great place for info and to converse. I have searched online for a conservative counterpart for DU, and haven't found anything remotely close.

Any help would be great.

Thank you.

4. I tend not to look for any. Need one for some reason?

I'm familiar with one.

The most similar to DU on the right might be Stormfront or something similar.

Heh. Wonder if the alert button got broken on DU. :-)

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

That reminds me of the thought police in the book "1984".  Its not a crime to ask, but the fact that you asked puts you under scrutiny and and can be hauled away for a crime.  But the fact that they were dumb enough to ask. With over 1000 posts it shows that she's either a mole trying to get the hive stirred up or is the poster child about why we call them DUmmies.

27. There's a few, though as mentioned, they'll ban you if you don't tow the line.

Why would you be expected to pull a line? DUmmies use that phrase constantly, and not one of them ever gets it right.

You don't really need one.
Just go hang out with normal moral people for a few weeks and you will see just how irrelevant and bat shit crazy DU really is.

That should be good enough - for a normal person.

Whats skiimer waiting for? Why hasn't he pulled the lever on someone asking for information about us or the old home? DU is more like the Village on the TV show the Prisoner then most places on the internets I know of.

Where an opposing POV isn't allowed? I'd say FR. BTW the OP says they would like a little going back and forth in debate but DU doesn't allow that there so wouldn't they be looking for a board that tolerates all views? If so you have this board, Sean's board, US Message Board etc.

If you do not go straight down the party line (even so much as to be pro-Hillary) you get the ban hammer at the DUmp. The DUchebags think this is great because it is a private site. When the government censors information the DUchebags think it is great if the right (see what I did there) is censored.  Then it is for the good of the people.

Such is the face of the progressive party. A mixture of intolerance and insanity.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Except that Stormfront isn't truly on the right.  They may be racists, but they have no problem with the government taking care of everyone after the cleanse the undesirables out.

I've picked my brain ever since this question was posed yesterday.

I can't think of any "conservative" counterpart to Skiins's island either.

Yesiree!   A mole trap for sure.

Apparently some here aren't yet aware of this backroom story of cross-posting.

Or maybe *they* are DU moles posting at CC?  I bet it goes both ways.

As for me - I am most surely on THIS side but mole the other side for fun.  :rotf:

Indeed. What exactly is the difference between DU and Stormfront, anyway?
