I was in the Atlanta airport yesterday watching the news with a bunch of people. A few of us older ones remember Iran and when the Shah fell. You could tell the different ages groups by the faces. The younger people were exited that the 'Dictator' of Egypt was going to leave power (although he didn't until today). Us older ones watched with trepidation.

I'll hold off with any opinion until we see which way the revolt goes.

The Muslim Brotherhood has already stated that they want a return of the Islamic caliphate....which, given the on going circumstances in the world today, is in my opinion, a good thing. When they're all united under the flag of the Caliphate, we can bomb them all, anywhere in the Islamic world we want and not have to worry about hitting any innocents.

It'll be like being at war with a country and not just a few "misunderstanders of Islam".

I've never figured that out.  To be a Muslim and then to renounce the faith and become a Christian is the worst thing you can in the eyes of other Muslims.  Barry Hussein was raised Muslim and converted to Christianity, supposedly,  yet that is never brought up by any of the Imams.  Could it be that Barry never converted away from Islam?   :fuelfire:

Did any of the adults take the time to try to undo the brainwashing the younger kids have faced? might've been a good time to talk about history repeating itself. People need to know about the Suez canal and what it'll mean if the radicals take over.

Jeff Kuhner is subbing for Michael Savage, he replayed a call that Michael received this week from someone who's a financier, and that caller said Soros will make tons of money on this, and it wouldn't surprise me at all, how is this guy not in jail?

What a strange world we live in.
The brutal dictator Mubarak is deposed by a military junta and the lefty's are going nuts congratulating OblaBla. Did they not notice that 3 weeks ago Egypt's top Military guys were in DC for meetings and the US had military ships posted near Egypt's coast? Does anyone really think that Hosni actually "handed over control" of the government to the Generals willingly?

Don't get me wrong, I much prefer the Generals be in charge than the mullahs and I hope that the outcome is beneficial for Egypt.
