So for 10 years the DUmmies have been blaming Bush for ignoring the warnings about 9-11, but now when their mullato is in charge it's all the spy agencies fault.

WASHINGTON — President Obama has criticized American spy agencies over their performance in predicting and analyzing the spreading unrest in the Middle East, according to current and former American officials.

The president was specifically critical of intelligence agencies for misjudging how quickly the unrest in Tunisia would lead to the downfall of the country’s authoritarian government, the officials said.

The officials offered few details about the president’s concerns, but said that Mr. Obama had not ordered any major changes inside the intelligence community, which has a budget of more than $80 billion a year. On Friday, a White House spokesman said spy agencies had given Mr. Obama “relevant, timely and accurate analysis” throughout the crisis in the Middle East.

Since there was a CIA, our Presidents have been obliged to serve the spooks. Many feel that the asassanation of JFK had to do with his defiance.

But Bush lied about WMD in Iraq after the CIA told him Saddam had them. And he was supposed to know that a bunch of Islamic terrorists were gonna hijack and crash planes into the trade center when the CIA had no hard intelligence.

Because, you know, it CAN'T have anything to do with the career Foreign Service Progressives and his hand-picked political appointee over at State, whose job is foreign area knowledge.  No, it has to be the fault of the covert intelligence people who aren't polititical appointees or loyalists, even if there is not any organized foreign entity from which they could possibly have gotten any secret information about largely-unplanned and opportunistic civil unrest.
