....and she was a gold digging slut.
Exception----EXCEPTION here.
Jackie came from an interesting family, tons of money and a difficult childhood.
She was a student, and fluent in French to the point that when she went to Paris she knocked the people over at how well she spoke.
She was attracted to the Kennedy's because of their close family ties and all the things that were missing in her family. She married a man she was head over heels in love with most likely expected a life of a Politions wife, being first lady was beyond her wildest dreams.
She soon found out that her mother-in-law Rose was very critical of her, at one point Rose jacked her up for her short skirts because when Jackie bent over she could see her garders----Before Pantie hoes.
Ironic that when she spoke she sounded just like Marilyn Monroe that wispy voice.
What I would like to see as a movie is the last months before Dallas, She lost her son Patrick and then went to recuperate on her sister Lees boy friends boat. What happened on Onassis's boat in just a few weeks, how did her sister get the heave ho and Jackie become of interest.
We know that Jack was running for a second term and demanded she be with him in Dallas, we know the after math and her heroic actions afterward. Her reenactment of what Mrs. Lincoln had done on the death of Abe, down to visiting the casket laid in state in the middle of the night. Her refusing to change her blood soaked clothing to show the world what they had done to " her husband" ----Then the most brilliant of all was the coaching her 3 year old son to Salute his fathers casket---- Darn this was a woman who topped all first Lady's except for Dolly Madison.
A very special person Jackie, she was no Saint, but made her mark on American History.
BTW the rumors about how she spent her last few months on earth may or may not be true.
She was dieing and some say she chose her time and place with the help of the Doctors. Story is she gathered all those she loved at her home and informed them that this would be their last meeting here on earth. She went into her bedroom and did whatever and passed away an hour later.
Gold digger, I think not---- She was truly one of the worlds most amazing women and so far no other woman has come close to her .
