...then again, "in 1993 he predicted an early Spring but Georgia was hit with a blizzard that crippled the Southeast for nearly a week and a half, sometimes called the 'Storm of the Century'."

And my state's Lander Lil was hibernating in the sub-zero temps, so we may have an early spring, too.

I've not heard of Lander Lil otherwise I would have added her in. I know there is also a Canadian groundhog.
