Maybe it's time the ruling class share. They can't do anything with their wealth except accumulate more. They don't do anything except plot and scheme against those who would ask for a few crumbs.

What makes you think for one second that the rich owe you anything?
Did you invest money in a company that became profitable and provides jobs for others?
Do you work 20 hours a day to get a business off the ground?
Do you work for a low salary and put most of your money into a business?

No you sit on your ass and demand that other people peel off bills from their stash to give to you.

Should it all be divided absolutely equally, regardless of who produces it or who wants it? From each according to his ability and to each according to his need may sound idyllic but it has no chance of working as long as humans strive for what's universally seen as a "better life" and if they stop hoping for that, the species has no hope anyway.

No person is going to do anything productive if there's no chance to be better in some (usually economic) way.

How about start getting it to its rightful owners - the workers they made it off the backs of and the pension funds and small investors they ripped off? "Share" makes it sound like they earned it in the first place.

(To quote myself from a few days ago when it was proposed that corporations "share." I think it's really important what we call this.)

Yet you would be ok if they give you money that you didn't earn.
Only a lib could think that a business owner or corporation just has the money handed to them. They know nothing about how that evil rich person got that money. Never mind the hard work and the long hours they put in somehow the DUmmies are owed for the other person's work.

Take every last penny from that 1% and divide up and everyone will still be poor. There won't be any jobs left since the wealthy would have to shutter their businesses, so no food or merchandise gets produced or sold.  Seems like a good plan DUmmies.

You want to divvy up the wealth, so that those with less can have more.

Divest yourselves of all but $147 in material goods--all but $147 in real estate you own, automobiles you own, the food in the cupboards, the clothes in the wardrobes, the pharmaceuticals in the medicine cabinet; all but $147 in televisions, computers, wi-fis, cellular telephones, whatnot ever else, so that the wealth is equally distributed.

How many do not know:

How many of you live in a tin shack, or sleep on a dirt floor and would be GLAD for it?
