It's difficult to determine "per capita wealth" on a global scale, but one figure that seems reasonable to me is $147, from two or three years ago. That's probably the best guesstimate out there.

You want to divvy up the wealth, so that those with less can have more.
Divest yourselves of all but $147 in material goods--all but $147 in real estate you own, automobiles you own, the food in the cupboards, the clothes in the wardrobes, the pharmaceuticals in the medicine cabinet; all but $147 in televisions, computers, wi-fis, cellular telephones, whatnot ever else, so that the wealth is equally distributed.
The primitives have no idea what poverty really is.
