I'm worried about the Affordable Health care Law when it goes up to the US Supreme Court

Edited on Tue Feb-01-11 01:10 PM by bigdarryl
With those four wight wing nuts on the court I hate to say it I'm nervous. These guys obviously don't like the President. They didn't even show up at the State Of The Union address. The health care law should be a slam dunk but these guys on the court are practicing POLITICAL ACTIVISM

POLITICAL ACTIVISM? You mean likes DUmmie judges who use it all the time? Sorry epic fail.

Sucks that some of the judges actually have read the Constitution unlike our president and part time Constitutional lecturer.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Funny thing is, even most DUmmies are smart enough to figure out that mandatory insurance is unconstitutional.

Affordable Health Care? I just got my renewal and it's going up almost $100 again, almost $900 a month now, and how is it affordable to me?

Without Obamacare it would have gone up by $500 a month.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

  • Make America Great Again. Deport some DUmmies.
Funny thing is, even most DUmmies are smart enough to figure out that mandatory insurance is unconstitutional.

They keep referring to the commerce clause, which has been grotesquely stretched to begin with, but in this case it simply doesn't apply. Every case that has come up has forced people who are doing something to do something else or something less.. In this case, they want to use the commerce clause to force someone who is doing nothing to do something

That's the difference, and that's why its unconstitutional.
