I had an interesting discussion with one of my adult children today. Obama said something like we must work together to make progress. Simple enough except it is the typical double speak.
Earlier in the same sentence I think BO used the word vision, which to me also means goal. The decoded message is "lets work together to make progress.....to my vision or goal" which is not likely to happen. One can only know if they have made progress if there is a starting point and a goal.
The American public made it clear that Obama's vision for the country differs greatly from the vast majority of the voting public. So much so they passed legislation against the will of the majority of the American people, and they did it knowingly and willingly.....and paid dearly at the polls last November for doing so. So here is the rub.
Who would not agree on working together to make progress? The difference is major when one asks the question of progress towards what? Socialism, communism, wealth redistribution, or perhaps getting government smaller and the hell out of our lives.
So Little Orphan Annie decoder ring says the message is clear, BO has not changed his spots so the best thing that can happen is to neuter him and reverse what he called progress the last two years. Of course he wants to freeze spending, hell the deficit is $1.5 trillion, no wonder the Republicans want to go back to 2006 or something. Maintaining the status quo is continuing to march to BO's goal of bankrupting the country. Sorry BO, the public and now even some of the mainstream press is on to your game......
