Where one asks have the brilliant writers of this show gone????

Check out Hot in Cincinnati,   Every thing hinges unfortunately on Betty White at her age to keep the show going.

I do hope the insures of the production company have had Miss White film  100 short action shots so if she passes the shots can be Incorporated into future shows to keep the show alive for another year or so.

"Brilliant writers", did you say?  The show - and all the clones of it that came after (Friends comes to mind) - stank on ice, and was one of the driving factors in turning me off of SitComs forever.  TV was hastened in it's transition into a vast wasteland of chrome-plated crap because of Jerry and the Dim Bulbs.

My wife liked Friends. I told her I'd rather stab my eyes out than watch that crap.  Now she's watching some garbage with Ed O'Neill and some fags trying to raise a child. More "shaky cam" tripe.

I hated Friends. Even the eye candy couldn't save it. I disagree about Seinfeld, though. I think that was the last truly funny show on television.

God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.

God alone suffices.
