Hauled the son 30 miles to a Boy Scout "Merit Badge College" thing yesterday. Signed him up for 4 classes which meant I had 4 hours to kill waiting for him.
I dropped by a couple of the wife's' relatives homes and no one is home. Unbeknowst to me there was a family emergency and they were all at the hospital. So I go to McDEE's and drink coffee for an hour...then WAL-MART until I see people getting their taxes done for early refund welfare checks from the IRS....get mad and leave....pulling out of there I see a HARDEE's sign way off in the distance and think sausage bisquit time. They're closed for good...abandon building...spot a Bojangles and think "It's BO' TIME" as per their TV commercials. DAMN what a disappointing sausage bisquit.
The hired help and all but 2 people in the place were the same color as Obama....I'll tell you why that's important in a minute.... I got through with the lousy bisquit and sipping mu coffee when I realized there was a TV behind, turned around and saw that it was on CNN. I thought "BOY! I should jump up and start screaming CNN lies....change the channel....or I'll never come in here again".
Well, I was just sitting there daydreaming and chuckling to myself about what a DUmmie would do in a case like this...heck, I might have even muttered something to myself...I don't know...I started looking around the dinning area and all those black folks had that "There's another one of them white crazies" on their faces. I left them in peace.
But as I was leaving, I noticed over in the other corner was another TV set on FOX news....so I learned that Bojangles has lousy sausage bisquits but are fair and balanced in the TV news department.
I got 2 more Saturdays of this...I gotta find somewhere over there to kill 4 hours.
