Do a search on "free resume formats"....a whole bunch will come up.
Look for one that works best for you, fill it out, and let someone here tweak it. It's good to have someone who has a lot of experience with resumes.
That's how I got mine done. My friend did mine geared toward a specific job, when he got done with it, I was amazed at the difference! Everything he added was accurate, but it was how he worded it, and added stuff that I didn't know was important...even his wife, who I've known for almost 20 years, asked me if I "really knew all that stuff".. she was so impressed.
