Actually he needs to be studied like a lab animal so we can find the liberal/progressive gene that makes him tick and maybe find a cure.

He should have been put up against a wall and shot in the back of the head last week after the shooting happened.  Loughner has been alive eleven days longer than he has any right to be.

Whatever happened to hanging at sundown?

I wish we could give the man a second chance.

Honestly, this is unreal.  Loughner should be room temperature by now.  He deserves nothing else.

This is the kind of shit we have brought upon ourselves when we transitioned as a society from the rule of LAW to the rule of LAWYERS:mental:

edited to add:  I sometimes think life, and living in harmony with the intent of the Founders and Framers, would have been a whole lot simpler if we'd never done away with the Code Duello in society.

I think it's already known, paranoid schizophrenia.  Not that it's an excuse, the guy was a monster.

I think it's already known, paranoid schizophrenia.  Not that it's an excuse, the guy was a monster.

I am thinking schizoid and schizotypal.

Schizoid
http://psychcentral.com/disorders/sx30.htm

Schizotypal
http://psychcentral.com/disorders/sx33.htm

Schizotypal is one of the worst personality disorder besides borderline, paranoid, and anti-social (sociopath).

Dylan Klebold was schizoid and schizotypal, while Eric Harris was a psychopath.

*bump...sorry to bump this up, but I am confused :???:  I caught this blurb on standing with Arizona against illegal immigration via Facebook.

http://azstarnet.com/news/local/crime/article_3b5acd80-4694-11e0-b184-001cc4c03286.html

I thought Loughner had already been indicted by the federal Grand Jury, did he get indicted again??? or does an indictment keep going till he is brought to trial????

Either way, the blurb on facebook was commenting that it has taken 56 days to get him indicted the same amount of days it took from assasination of McKinley to the final execution.
Quote
What the heck took so long? The shooting was 2 months ago! Was there any doubt? For contrast: the anarchist who assassinated President McKinley (1901) was indicted 10 days after, convicted 8 days after that, and executed 35 days after that. Total = 56 days, the same it took to merely indict Loughner. If he is executed within 5 years - if at all - it will be record time. 'Justice delayed is justice denied'.
