What I am hearing:

I am so glad that my unicorn will never run out of skittles, because that is what Obamessiah promised me!  I don't care if I haven't actually seen them yet, he promised that it would never, ever run out!

Well, we tried to kill her through denial of care.

I guess we'll just have to fall back on Plan B: FEMA camps
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Did anything in Obamacare actually kick in yet, that Pam should be thankful for?  I thought most of it didn't kick until 2014.  Just the costs running up until then.

Forcing insurance companies to accept 26 year old

children
but it is very expensive.

The existing condition provision but it too is very expensive and fewer that 8000 people have taken advantage of this.

Both of the above have about 2% of enrollments that Chief Liar Obama promised by this time.

Most of the taxes come into effect this year and 2012.

And 220+ waivers for unions and some companies that were said not provide insurance during the propaganda from the communist democrat party.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Individually I'm not sure how expensive it will be, it's normally in the nature of insurance pools that the costs are spread over everyone in it, not just the people who will be using that extra coverage.  In the case of the up-to-26 year olds, it's not that big a deal by and large since for the vast majority of them there have no major medical expenses outside pregnancies, vehicular accidents, and injuries from doing stupid shit they really should have known better than to try in the first place.  The pre-existing condition coverage requirement, on the other hand, is a huge game-changer for the insurers, and that one is going to have a vast impact on the premium costs.

Yep! last I heard, employers and even unions are droppin' dependent care for the kiddies because they can't afford it! The last one was SEIU in NYC someplace! They said they had to drop it because it would bankrupt there insurance pool! I think it was for somthin' like 8,000 employees!

How's that piss and vinegar workin' out for ya DUmmies? It sure as hell ain't "hope and change"!

The logical next step is to require insurance companies to sell you a homeowner's policy after flames break through your roof shingles. It's just another kind of pre-existing condition. Why pay premiums when you don't have a claim?
