He said "blood libel".
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Sarah Palin made him say it.

Obama and Democrats can take their civility discourse and cram it. Elections have consequences.

Oh nice! He's a libtarded asshat. I didn't lie so it's "civil" Rep. Cohen.  :whatever:

He's why my hometown is going down the toliet.

Quote
Cohen also denied his comments ignored his party leadership's pleas to tone down the rhetoric following the shooting of their colleague, Gabrielle Giffords.

"I think civility is not lying, and if you can't come up and say that somebody is lying when they're lying, then the lie becomes the truth. That's not uncivil to say somebody lied," he said.

But, after several questions about the appropriateness of evoking a Nazi to make that point, Cohen did say that "there are no Nazis in Congress, there are some liars, but no Nazis."

Cohen said he has not heard from his party leadership about his remarks

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Hometown?  He is the asshole from my district also :cheersmate:

Can't stand this pos.

Story....

When he was trying to get the lottery here, I heard him on the radio talking about it and I was for the lottery.  He asked for comments called into his office either for or against it so he could get a feel.  I called in and left a message that I was for his ideas on the lottery.  I get a phone call back to my cell phone and he leaves a message.  I listened to the message and he was basically like "Thank you for your comments and we hope to go forward on the TN lottery, goodbye" and click or so he thought.  My voicemail kept recording and he called TN voters assholes and his little office crew started laughing. It was really bad.  Pissed me off enough that I turned it over to the local radio station "Mike Fleming".  They had alot of fun with that and actually asked me to interview with him on the radio.   Of course, he had no where to go and apologized for it and when asked what I thought should happen I said "Well if I told my boss they were an asshole I would be fired".  :lmao:

Cohen is just a little piss ant.  He even tried to join the black dem club and they wouldn't let him in :mental:

Sounds like an out-of-control case of Liberal White Guilt Complex.

Great story, btw, and welcome to the cave!

I played a couple gigs in Germantown back in '99. Some bigassed megachurch and just a regular ol' concert hall somewhere. Germantown was okay, but Beale Street was a hellhole.
