The wife of a White house official was found dead in a burnt garage attached to the couple's home on Capitol Hill Monday morning.

The victim was identified as Ashley Turton, a lobbyist for utility giant Progress Energy, former Hill staffer, and the wife of White House Congressional liaison Daniel Turton. Her body was discovered inside a car at the couple's 800 A St. SE residence after responders extinguished an early morning blaze inside the garage.

Looking at the picture of where they lived is an eye opener.  It looks like they lived almost in the slums.

Did she forget to open the garage door and backed into it, is it likely she would not notice the door was still shut.?

Darn we are loosing some important people to Washington Politics due to some very strange behavior on the part of the victims.    There's John Wheelers death that has completely disappeared from the news and now this strange death.
