This Democrat said that the time had come to insist that Republicans stand up when, for example, a figure such as Fox News commentator Glenn Beck says something incendiary.

When the 2012 election season rolls around, I hope that the Conservatives remind America of how quickly the left was to exploit a tragedy in order to demonize about half of America.....and to ASSASSINATE the character of the far lefts political foes.

This whole exploitation of the tragedy by the left is, in short, a terror attack on America itself. The fanatics stoking the fires of this hate fest are the same types of people who cheer when their side starts instigating tyranny against its political foes and far, far worse...

I haven't really been looking too much around the internet for the past few days, but I am curious how this reaction is viewed by regular Americans ie those who aren't as politically vocal as we are. I can't imagine them believing the smear done by the left.

Check out the Newsbusters website. Libs are saying that fiery rhetoric caused this, but it is THE LEFT media who are the one's spouting the fiery rhetoric by blaming Palin, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, etc, etc.

Meanwhile Fox News remains non-political to the extent that the only politicization of this event is pointing out the finger-pointing & character assassinations by the LEFT.

I have never been more sickened in my life by the gutter politics being played by the hard left.

I saw O'Reilly last night. His various segments did an admirable job of addressing this fanaticism from the Left.

Here is a Commentary by Brit Hume, he hits the nail on the head. It seems every time the word "hate" is brought up in any political discourse, it is offered by someone on the left. They are always the first to veer off in that direction. The only reason, in my mind, for that to occur is because they are so full of hate themselves and it is always on their minds.
