I guess it's easier to place blame on everyone BUT the shooter himself.

When are the parent's going to get in the news and start sobbing about how much of a nice boy he is/was and this was totally unexpected?

Dumpdick is the same jagoff who said he would not enforce SB1070. Since when did law enforcement decide which laws they would or would not enforce? The backbone of a Republic is that we are a nation of laws. When that fails, we're headed to a 3rd world hell-hole. I don't know how the law in AZ works, but if I were Governor, and it was within my legal rights, I would have hauled that SOB into my office and fired him on the spot. If I could deny him his pension I'd do the same.
