Au contraire, that's exactly what this particular sub-forum is for - dredging the moonbat-infested swamp of DU and then throwing the contents of the dredge bucket on the deck here for all to examine and mock.

Carlos seems to have inadvertently left this particular dip's name out of the clip - it's one I've not noticed before, one LLStarks - perhaps a renamed persona, since it has 1000+ posts yet I can't recall seeing its blathering before.  Maybe it just never said anything quotably stupid before, though.

Have they never heard the leaders of their own party? How many times have I heard some leftist nut-job or congressman or whatever say, "The American people won't tolerate..." or "The American people don't want..."

They're the ones that want to put words in our mouths or tell us what we're thinking. In the case of Fox News they're using it as a description. They "great American panel" is...wait for it...American. Americans on a television show in America. Must be a conspiracy. As for the new year. If we were in France or Albania wouldn't we then have the All-French New Year or All-Albanian New Year? But since we're here we say "America". I suppose we could say the "Western Hemisphere" New Year. That would be as nonspecific milquetoast as they want to make the country. As for the great American's of 2010, what the heck do they care, they don't think there are any great Americans.

To my surprise and shock I found out yesterday that one of my children at her age is a liberal, sort of like I was at her age.

Oh MY Lord, it is like looking in a mirror and seeing myself back at her age. She is an idealist and still holds some Conservative ideas, anti-abortion and proud of her son that will go to boot camp next months.    

She still holds out hope that Obama will save the country, I figure in 5 years she will do the two step backwards and as I did quit this foolishness.
