I wasn't aware of the Dead Pool when it was being formed but I am sure most CCers, being sane and rational people, figured Osama was already dead. Until a few days ago it would have never occurred to me to put him on a list as still being alive.

Country Star Glen Campbell Diagnosed with Alzheimer's
Quote
NASHVILLE – Country legend Glen Campbell has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, his wife told People magazine Wednesday.

Though the "Rhinestone Cowboy" singer has suffered from minor short-term memory loss for several years, the Alzheimer's diagnosis came about six months ago, wife Kim Campbell said.

The 75-year-old has decided to give a set of farewell live performances this fall and his family wanted to go public with the news of his disease so the public would be aware of his condition.

I immediately thought of this dead pool when I saw the headlines -- I remember some of you picked her.   Good call.

She was a troubled self-tortured soul.   I hope her parents get some peace now.

Hey, liberals/DUmmies are so unpedictable....well, at least when it comes to killing themselves on time.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

Nope, I don't think so. I had/have no clue who that person is/was. It's Sparky's insight, 'cause it sure as hell ain't mine.

This was my entry:

Quote
Major Dick Winters (of Band of Brothers fame)
Mickey Rooney
Billy Graham
Michael Douglas, shortly followed by his father Kirk

Under 40:
Abstain - I don't know a damned thing about this generation of so-called "celebrities"

Sparky chimed in with the Winehouse selection in the next post.

I'll tell you one that I'll take credit for, and that's Dick Winters of Band of Brothers fame. He died in the first week of January 2011.
