He does not go on to explain why the dogs were tortured if they lost a fight. Why would he hang, electrocute, drown or beat to death a looser in a fight. He certainly did not think this would be any kind of example to the other dogs of how they would end up if they lost a fight.
It is the fact that man would not just put a bullet in their head if they were displeased, it is the torture they inflicted on the losers that is so uncivilized that leads me to believe these people are monsters and get off on causing a horrific death to their dog for their own pleasure.

We hear that torture of animals is a sign or a deeply disturbed child, most serial killers start out that way,, but nothing is said of Adults that torture animals for any reason.
So perhaps Obama shares Vicks abnormality with torturing the loosers in a fight. Perhaps he understands Vicks desire to torture a living beast. I would be very up set if vicks had just dispatched the looser quick and clean but all that pain and blood is not the civilized behavior of any human in any culture, this is outragious and that man needs a good horse wipping.
