Thoughts on the Massive Tax Giveaway to the Wealthy
« on: December 20, 2010, 06:22:55 PM »
A long boring post so i won't bring it over here.

The title got my attention. The brain dead fools at DU believe that not having your taxes raised is a give away yet food stamps and UE checks for a lifetime is earned.  :mental:

1. Can't the deadbeat rich and their minnions on the ladders

defend their tax breaks? I know it is a vicious circle, but the worse things get for the masses, the more Daddy Warbucks and his clansmen are going to need to protect themselves and create closed communities, maybe even build encampments in other countries to move to.

What with the bodyguards and other protection required to shield themselves from the fallout of systemic collapse, it is no wonder that they will need generous tax breaks in order to fund their shift to enclosed utopias and places where they can continue to enjoy the wondrous marvels an technologies of a copious modern life.

After most of us die-off from being homeless, starving, freezing and fighting for scraps, they can then rebuild what is left in their own image, being so deserving and privileged and all.

Just think, that solves the crises for resources and the strain on the planet that their exploitation helped to create. Without millions or billions of useless eaters, the upper-classes can keep a enough of us around to provide what they need to exploit the newest technologies for HeavenOnEarth Inc., by membership only.

Deadbeat rich?
Hell the rich are rich mainly because they know how to handle money.
They don't piss away all their money on flat screen tvs, x boxes, and HD cable then ask for help paying the power bill.

 :banghead:

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I long for the good old days when even the rich didn't have to lock their doors......before the damn democrats convinced the DUmmies that everybody owed them something....or more.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

Once again, the DUmmies fail to recognize that it is not the goverment's money in the first place.

The most complete accounting I can find on the breakdown of benefits comes from a recent AP article. Even so, it is far from complete, and it tends to hide how much this deal favors the rich. The largest single bulk of the $858 billion deal would come from a reduction in income tax. The AP article notes that the bill reduces the highest marginal tax rates, on individual incomes above $379,150, from 39.6% to 35%, while reductions on those with individual incomes below $8,500 are reduced from 15% to 10%.

So the 'Rich' get 4.6% and the 'poor' get a 5%.

Hey DUmmies I got a simple math question for you.  What number is larger? 4.6 or 5?
How about this one? is 35 larger than 10 ?

Not to mention that at an $8,500 income you're getting more money back than you paying in.

25 years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope.  Now we have Obama, no hope and no cash.

CM, how long you been here?  It's the DUmp.  1+1=POTATO to them.  Anything is possible, especially if it hurts the producers.

Income tax does not affect the wealthy nearly as much as those trying to get wealthy.  Those people are the ones that innovate and produce. Those are the people that create products and jobs. In the upside down world of the communist democrats penalizing those people will only make them want to produce more.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

DUmmies is sooooooooo Stoooooooopid!

To begin with, the uber rich have already made their money!!!! Ya know what the means, DUmbasses, it means they've already paid taxes on it! What little they still make in investments is a drop in the bucket compared to what they have wrapped up in hard assets! Let me say that again, THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID TAXES ON MOST THEIR INCOME!!!! Do you actually think Bill Gates pays income taxes on the same 65 billion year after year?

This means the majority of the so called rich you want to levy taxes on ( ie, rape ), are the entrepreneurs of America! They re-invest most everything they make in profit in order to expand their business and the US economy! They are the movers and shakers that employ most of us! The more money you "let" them keep, the better the economy will be and the more of us less ambitious will be working!!

You morons are of the belief if you have 20 million last year, paid taxes on it as income, then of course you have to pay taxes on it again this year because you still have 20 million, even though it is not earned income! Ya ever wonder why we call ya DUmbass?
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!
