There's a lot of things happening in California that shouldn't be.  I wonder who Quintana voted for that can't seem to keep a water treatment plant running.

WTF?  I live in central Illinois where the water comes from a small lake that is fed by a small river.  I won't eat fish out of the lake, and won't drink straight tapwater, but that is because of the chlorine.  Even with all of the farmland runoff the city manages to keep the nitrates down and generally gets a high ranking for water quality from the state.

The chlorine is only a problem once in awhile, but a faucet mounted filter takes care of that.

The Central Valley actually tends to be fairly conservative, which of course means that most of our representatives don't really care about what is best for them.  Much of the water from snow in the Sierra would naturally go to the Central Valley (which is why it became farmland), but most of it is redirected to Southern California instead  :banghead:

Water issues is why California will never split into multiple states if it wanted and if it was legally allowed to split. California is really split when you look at it. San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles area to some extent are liberal, while inland California is conservative, especially Shasta Cascade and Central Valley.

No one's going to laugh at that?

Isn't California in debt by a billion something dollars?

Oh, we are a "rich" state, but the Libtards are draining it as fast as it comes in, just like OUR No. Ca. water.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

Yes, they are. Just to give you an example of how BAD it is there.
The state of Commiefornia had to borrow 7 billion dollars from the federal gubberment to unemployment benefits.

This is what people get for electing an immigrant RINO.

Believe me, the alternatives were far, far worse (BustaMEChA, anyone?)

Thor, a big problem is the unions and the Assembly run the state, not the governor.  He tried early on to push decent reforms through.  Then the unions, etc., pushed about $150 million in attack ads on his propositions in 2006, and he ended up getting seriously dick-slapped.  That's when he rolled over for the Dems.

I heard that if you strain sea water thru CalPiggies panties that it takes all the impurities out?
