Renewed bass player, eh?

One of those electric things with strings, I wager. If you do that to stay out of trouble, I can relate. I'm a low brass guy - been doing it for more years than I care to admit.

Me too, and I work for the local version.

It's a job, and I have it.  Too many people can't say that in Michiganistan.

Thanks guys and gals for the welcome, the comments and questions.
In no particular order:

1.  Yes, NJ has some great outdoors.  We hide them from the NY'ers!
2.  Marscapone is just a funny cheese.  A comedic Philistine might go for gorgonzola, while cheddar and stilton take themselves much too seriously.
3.  How did I find this place?  Well, there's a bit of a situation going on at another site that's quite reminiscent to when Saddam brought all his officers into the auditorium and started calling out names.  I've pretty much had it with the purges.  I found Conservative Cave as a result an intense googling session.
4.  Marscapone, besides being a relative of Al Capone was one of Clam's Casino's mob.
5.  I've heard of pasties.  We have pasties in Jersey but they're not quite the same thing.

More to follow.

And in puff pastry?

Also quite good with pesto.

Ok, I'm hungry now.  :whistling:

Cherry and pesto?  Not so good.

But I ran across these rosemary crackers that I know Brie would be AWESOME on.
