The Admins have posted a "Merry Christmas" (and Happy Hanukkah) banners in the forums to honor the Holidays, as is quite apparent.......however, it appears that not all are happy with it.
The following email message was sent to the Admins (anonymously). It should be noted that this email can easily come from a non-member, simply by clicking on the "email the Administrator" link on the Home Page......in short,
anyone could have sent it, not necessarily a member:
Hi,
The banner at the top of your forum is offensive and should thus read "Happy Holidays from the Conservative Cave". This is less offensive and more inclusive to those who don't celebrate Christmas. The only other option I can see if putting a banner up for every single holiday, however this would be a waste of time thus you should use Happy Holidays instead.
Please think of others over this holiday season.
Happy Holidays
Considering the season, and the "Spirit" thereof, I thought that y'all might want to weigh in on the issue. Let us know what you think
