Cloture vote opposed by Hagin, Snowe, Collins, Brown and all the usual suspects. Murkowski (sp?) did vote aye.

4. There just is no true justice anymore

No human compassion.

Both of these votes are in support of basic human rights. Are we really in America?

6. Clouture fails, despit the presence of a majority for the legislation....

...you must always phrase it this way.

To do otherwise reinforces the myth of a 60-vote Senate.

The legislation commands a majority.

Let's put it to a vote of all citizens then. See if the DREAM act would pass then.

10. The Dems better use this in 2012

Let's hope this means the repugs have just kissed goodbye the Hispanic vote.

I doubt that.  The few Hispanics that did vote conservative will still likely do so.  They are ones that are here legally.

Good to hear for the continuation of a society of contract law.

Since you have me on ignore, I'll answer you on this site instead of the DUmp, where you can't see it.

I don't hate America, just the pole suckers, carpet munchers, sick ****s who walk around in woman's underwear and those who either sew on or chop off a johnson.

Freaks all.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

If we were in Mexico we would have to be there legally and speak the language.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I ask myself the same question everyday.
All the new regulations, DADT, the DREAM Act, all the anti-American policies and bills are ruining this Country. :argh:
