I know my opinion on WIKILeaks may not be what is popular here.  However, Assange has done nothing technically illegal or traitorous. Did it hurt the Obama Regime? Yes. Was this as bad as putting our local allies against the Taliban? No. But the regime will go after him for embarrassing them.

Manning did commit treason and he is under UCMJ.  Manning should be put up against a wall.

Actually, Assange can be nailed for copyright violations. He illegally duplicated and spread copyrighted materials. Tie him up in court for every singly item leaked, and he will be dead long before the courts finish.
