I say we break it down into catagories with the list of names for each one that fits. then we vote on the top 4 or 5 in each catagory. The top one wins and we post the results on Christmas Day or soon after.

That's a plan! One alteration to that I'd suggest is that we have and recognize the individual winners of each category, and then vote the overall winner. The second is that we give ourselves to Jan 2 to finish the voting. The category winners are exiled from the United States for 10 years. The overall winner has his/her US citizenship revoked, is permanently exiled, and is condemned to love like Philip Nolan in Hale's "The Man Without a Country." In fact, I'd also suggest that the top prize be called a "Nolan", just as an Academy Award has a second name--"Oscar."

Yeah, see that was my problem too.  I wanted to nominate both Kanye and Tiger Woods, but their assholery really was last year's, except for that 2005 KW incident.  This year Kanye did diamond crust his teeth.  Perhaps we can nominate him for body modification asshole of the year?
