I'm kinda partial to this one, chiefly because I can sing along with reading the music.  My church choir does this one after Communion every Christmas Eve.  They invite people in attendance to come up and sing with them.

I sang this in Junior High choir....public school.  I was a first Soprano at the time.  There isn't a lovelier song in the world, IMHO.
