OMG!!  I was inadvertently closer to the truth than I though. :-)  the actual facts are funnier than anything we could make up.

Depending how wrinkled she was, those could have been some massive breasts.  :-)

they had 200 pounds to make up for . . . it was either enlarge the boobs to the point of deformity, or tie knots in the skin on her back.
