These are random friends and people I work with who are dems.

Basically, if Obama caves on them, then they are done. And I feel the same way.

Polls show 60% of the people oppose the tax cuts for the rich. If we can't make a stand on that what will we ever make a stand on?

Does Obama and his staff have any idea how big a deal this is for the future of his administration?

What "tax cuts" are the rich--or for that matter anyone else--getting?

How is keeping taxes at the same rate a "cut"?

Or another way of asking the question, how is not raising taxes a "cut"?

WTF, DUmmie ?  More people than that didn't want ObamaCare passed.  Even now, more than that want it repealed.

The same way a 3% increase in spending instead of a 10% increase is a cut.  Damned dims been using that one since Newt was speaker.
