There is plenty of violence to go around.

Bullshit.

The left (the people you help put into office) are the ones who have developed and fostered the entitlement mentality which runs rampant through these "gimme" zombies.  They have dumbed down the electorate and use propaganda to feed their hatred; much like the imams of the "religion of peace".

Look on your handiwork and despair, leftist.

  • Where are you going? I was gonna make espresso!
Bush tax cuts are being extended (at least temporarily).  No pitchforks and torches yet broken out.

Looks like you're screwed, Claire.

We are living in some very bizarre economic times.
Yeah, you can thank the democraps, I mean, socialists and communists within the gubberment for the violence. They are the ones calling for violence. What are the real Americans to do? Stand by and watch the scum take over our Country? Not going to happen.
We are living in bizarre economic times. Again, thanks to the socialists/communists within the gubberment.

Well there is that violent movement known as the Tea Party.  :lmao:

The funny thing is, the libs believe that.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Yes and Rush and Glenn have added so much to the national dialogue.

As far as me being a leftist, my positions on most issues don't differ much from Eisenhower or Nixon.

As I've stated, I find the entire tax debate laughable while the Federal Reserve has agreed to print money into infinity.

When the Central Bank says it will no longer monetize debt we will have a serious discussion on taxes and spending.  A very serious hard discussion.

While the Central Bank is printing money, what is going on is a side show.  An entertaining one where two groups of ideologues scream and rant and rave at each other.

The adults come into the room when the currency collapses or the Federal Reserve realizes their current shenanigans have some epic consequences.

Right now, I'll laugh at the Children on the right and the children on the left argue about a deficit that is being monetized by the central bank.

Really?  And when, exactly, have they used their platforms to motivate their audience to direct violence against those that disagree with them?

Hmmmmm?

You need to drop this everybody-does-it act of yours, it's pure bullshit.

Secretary Powell, is that you?

 :whatever:

But you vote liberal democrat.  That makes your claim of having "positions on most issues" like "Eisenhower or Nixon" a load of crap.  You can have positions like Thomas Jefferson but if you vote to put bolshevik turds into office, that makes you about as Jeffersonian, or Nixonian, or Eisenhowerian as a stack of wet drywall.

Claiming to be these things and voting liberal democrat doesn't seem to make you very smart.  On the contrary, voting for a group whose goal is complete control over the masses through money, health, food, travel, and manufacturing would mean that you are doing something (voting democrat over and over) and expecting a different result (fiscal sanity) each time.

I tend to believe that makes you a bit of a retard.

I'm curious, why the hell should any of us listen to a leftist ex-accountant?  You were in a position to affect change and exercise influence (or whatever else) and you decided to quit.  Now, you sit on the sidelines and pretend you're some kind of all knowing sage when you are truly nothing but a damn whiner.

I have zero respect for anyone who quits something to stand on the sidelines and bitch.

Well, the people you supported for elective office are doing their damnedest to collapse us right in to economic and strategic vulnerability and the "adults" are trying to reverse the damage your people have wrought.  It would appear that the first step to this is to try and calm the market and get things headed in the right direction (ie tax law).  The next step would be to investigate and strangle the Harvard cabal/NY-DC shuttlers and keep them from ever getting their hands on the fruits and labors of the citizens of this country again.

That would be a good start and that was what the last election was all about.  Taking a stand on taxation is part of that; it's where the adults start to push back, Jake.

People have spilled their blood and sacrificed their treasure in this country over taxation, Jake.  In America, taxation is where it starts.

Sit on the sidelines (where you put yourself) and bitch, got it.

This entire notion you have that people can make a difference in the system is odd to me.

People will generally take the path of least reasonable resistance.

That path has been to cut taxes and spend more money.  Mostly because the populous hates paying taxes and likes getting government services.

The country has a very large cultural problem and it isn't confined to the left or the right.  It is confined to people who don't live in reality.

Now when faced with a situation where you are stuck living with 330 million people who a majority prefer what they want to hear, to what is real you have only one option.

As for what I'm going to do about it.  Drop out of the culture, take care of my family, and laugh at the absurdity.

The thing I'm loving, is that what I stated was going to happen with the GOP, they would compromise with the President by extending tax cuts and not cutting spending is happening before your very eyes.  In fact, the compromise involves increased spending  :rotf:

Considering you chose to quit instead of trying, I'm not surprised at all you find it odd.

You are truly ignorant of American History and know nothing of American Exceptionalism.

That alone shows you to be nothing more than a DUmmie leftist.  This is the same line of crap that the oral hemorrhages at the DUmp love to repeat.

I thought you were supposed to be better than that?

At any rate...

The "populous" hates seeing their hard earned tax money wasted on bullshit programs that are designed to enslave the ignorant and create a dependent voting bloc that keeps returning bolsheviks (democrats) to elected office.

The "populous" hates seeing their hard earned tax money thrown around the world only to have useless bolsheviks come back and demand more in the name of "fairness" and "social justice" and "spreading the wealth".

The "populous" is ready to force the goverment to have to live within it's means like they do.  That was a clear message sent in this last election; apparently it is one you missed entirely.

The decent, hard working American taxpayer is not an entitlement zombie, Jake, no matter how many times you try and wish it so.

Well, Jake, those of us that do recently voted to start getting rid of the problem; a small fact you seem to have missed.

You're pathetic.  Your position assumes that you are one of just a few smart people in this country; an affliction that seems to permeate leftist dogma and thought.

Got news for you, sugar, you're not that bright.  You are most definitely unjustifiably arrogant, but not that bright.  The more you type, the more clear it becomes.

A deal cut between RINOs and the bolshevik in chief that has yet to be signed into law.

Considering your people still own the House and Senate, the GOP is in no real position to claw back anything.

Yet

What they have done, though, is derail some of the big government shit that your people were trying to shove down our throats at the last minute and have exposed more congresscrats that need to be targeted in 2012.

Right now, I'll take that.

Jake, you seem to be a "one trick pony", turning every thread into a discussion of what you perceive as the flaws in management of the country's monetary policy.

We've got that.......there is no need to repeat it over and over again......

You've taken this thread way off-topic, and it would be my firm suggestion that either you reread the OP, get back on topic, or take your opinions to the thread(s) you started on YOUR pet subject.

If nobody is responding to them, I'm gonna guess that they have (as mentioned above) gotten your message, and basically aren't interested.

Thank you.......

Hi Jake,

You know I am tired of the bullshit.  The libs spend into oblivion and then bitch when the republicans decide they do not want to raise taxes.  If you want to put people back to work you damn sure better do two things.  Cut taxes instead of raise them and reverse the damn entitlement spending.  Start by stopping aid to dependent children which encourages more and more to bear children on the government dole.

The democrats could care less about the deficit, only becomes important when they are prevented from taxing the few remaining Americans who are working their asses off to make ends meet.
