How will new Congress behave at the next State of the Union?
   
Newt Gingrich warned the House Republican freshman to be on their best behavior at the 1995 State of the Union address. But those guys were moderates by today's standards and Joe Wilson could not avoid shouting "You lie!!" at Obama. So what should be expect from this new group of Republicans?

By the way, it's going to be funny in the back of the Big Zero, seeing the nice guy John Boehner sitting next to the glum morose saturnine Harry Reid.

Maybe it's the president pro tempore of the Senate, or the vice president.
