Global population, BS, she and her pals in hte Oministration don't even have the will to control our damn' borders, I don't believe she'll accomplish anything but throw our money around, half of which will ultimately just go into the pockets of third-world UN bureacrats and the dictators they work for.

Someone needs to post this in the DUmp so they can see how much the lord nothing is doing for America. I though WE had severe high unemployment? I thought WE had a deficit growing out of control? I thought WE had a struggling economy? This is CLASSIC socialism for ya folks. Taking our monies overseas. HELLCARE is just a domestic (home), piece of socialism. Who pays the bill for this "population control" crap?

So the US is now going into eugenics and will now try and keep the brown people from breeding. After all we need their countries resources more than they do.  :whistling:

The progressive movement in America has been at the forefront of Eugenics damned near since it's inception at the end of the 19th century.  What the hell did you think all the hullabaloo about abortion was about?  Inconvenience?  uh-uh; Abortion has been all about aborting the "less desirables" from society from the beginning.
