I have been making urban mushing leashes with bungee cord. Braiding several strands into attractive patterns. It would be better for the aged, in-pain, and bike/scooter etc. walkers. I started off making them for my arthritic mother.

My idea is to employ the unemployed, disabled, and even girl scouts etc. They would recieve a part of the proceeds, for their labor. They could even sell them at grocery stores etc. I dont know enough about gov subsidy for employing the disabled and hard core unemployed. Nor the tax implications. I do know that my leashes are far superior to most if not all others. They give progressive{love that word} feedback to the dog. They reduce shock damage to the elderly, those with bad knees, hips or backs. They should even be eligible for subsidy to help the disabled dog walker.

What do youall think? I will need to secure wholesale, and then some, on the shock cord supplies. And a system for doling it out, and issuing the portion of profits. I would like to get free advert on variety shows and the news. And to spur others into entreprenuerial projects to help the poor and those in worthy organizations, like the girl scouts.

I would even like to be allowed space for street homeless to work.

Any out there with savvy in any of these areas, I would appreciate your input, either in this thread, or private message.

So you want to exploit the disabled all so you can make a buck? I bet you won't give them a living wage and health care either.

So does that mean they don't get paid until the product sells?  Good luck finding help with that.

Given I had to google to find out what "urban mushing" was, somehow I doubt there's exactly a huge market for such devices. they also look like something that's best made in a south east asian sweatshop. Unless of course that's precisely the sort of business the DUmmie wants to create - which would be pretty much par for the course in a leftist.

I just looked up "urban mushing" and I have to say WTF? who has that many dogs in urban areas? and other than the park where would you even use something like this? not like you can use it on the streets. And putting on my PETA hat, how exploitive of the dogs.

So, to summarize:

DUmmie wants to create substandard jobs with no wages (in extension, no SS and health care...oh, Obamacare takes care of that, my bad), child labor law violations, probably doesn't want to capitalize initial investment (of course he doesn't, he's asking other DUmmies their opinions!) and wants to create boingos for doggies.

Pretty much par for the course on DUmmie understanding of capitalism.

OK, maybe it's me, but what is a "disabled dog walker?"  Is that a dog that's disabled and someone walks it, or is it a person that's disabled and they walk dogs?  I'm afraid I'm just not current enough on the latest moonbat employment opportunities.

Running a string of dogs is not a passive activity, from what I've seen.  I don't think many persons with physical challenges could manage.  Also, dogs don't always stop or turn well and it sounds like a wreck waiting to happen to me.

Why not make them himself and see where it goes and test the market before trying to go big with this idea.
